His scholarly interests are in youth character and virtue development and youth holistic development. His books include Holistic Youth Development, Lessons for the Young Anointed, Mr. Holy Spirit, and Programming Guide for Holistic Youth Development.

He is married to Priscilla, and they are blessed with three daughters: Awuradwoa, Awurafua and Baaba.

He was called into full-time ministry in 2008 and has served the Church across the country: Amantin in the then Mampong Area (2009–2014), Big Ada in the Tema Area (2014–2019), and Anwomaso in the Bompata Area, Kumasi (2019–2022), before his current posting.

Alongside pastoral work he carries a wide portfolio of Area responsibilities — NLDC Coordinator, Media Chairman, IT Coordinator, Chieftaincy Chairman, PEMEM Leader, and coordinator of the Ministry to Celebrities — and serves as a National Executive Member for Market Evangelism. He is married to Mrs. Juliet Koomson and they are blessed with five children.

Before entering full-time ministry he served as Optometrist in Charge at the Ghana Red Cross Society Optical Centre, interned at the Regional Hospital in Sunyani, and went on to head the Eye Unit at Pentecost Hospital, Madina. He was called into full-time ministry in 2015 and obtained a Diploma in Ministerial Formation from Pentecost Theological Seminary, where he was elected Student Head.

He has served as District Pastor for New Abirem, as General Manager of Pentecost Hospital, Tarkwa, and as Resident Minister of the Dr. S. K. Baidoo Worship Centre, Tarkwa. He is currently District Pastor for Tema Greenwich Meridian District, Tema Area Secretary and Tema Area Youth Leader, and a National Executive Committee member of The Other Sheep Ministry. He is married to Mrs. Esther Issaka, a Critical Care Nurse, and they have four children.

Before the call into ministry he was a member of staff at Ecobank Ghana Ltd. A product of Accra Technical University, he has since served in four stations as a minister of The Church of Pentecost — Dambai-Lakeside District, PIWC Hohoe and Osu District — and currently serves as the Resident Pastor of PIWC Dansoman.

A former Youth Worker and Area Leader, he has a great passion for God's work, with a special interest in raising godly, Spirit-filled gems out of the teeming youth of the Church. He is married to Mrs. Deborah Richlove Owusu and they have three children.

He studied at the University of Cape Coast and Pentecost University, and holds a Master of Arts in Religion and Moral Values from the University of Cape Coast. He is currently a Master of Philosophy student there, researching deliverance practices among Ghana's neo-prophetic churches and their health implications.

His studies span Pentecostalism, African Traditional Religion, Third World theology, world views, Black theology and secular humanism. He has served the Church at Tadzewu in the Aflao Area, Dominase in the Cape Coast Area, and Okpoi Gonno in the Teshie-Nungua Area, and has held roles including Area Youth Ministry Leader and script writer for the National Youth Ministry syllabus. He and his wife have four children.

His ministry is mainly on academic campuses and in communities where young people gather, and he has spoken at dozens of universities and high schools. His passion is equipping young people with solutions from God's word for their everyday challenges, which is why many find his teaching easy to understand, exciting and relevant. Many listen through his Podcast with KK Baidoo on Telegram, Apple Music and Spotify.

His books are on the must-read list of many young people, including How To Stop Doing What I Hate, Kiss or Miss My Crush, Guilt Delete, Seriously Attracted, From Shyness to “Shiness”, Romance Chapter Teen and Ready To Mingle. He and his wife Valeria are based in Accra, and together they tour tertiary institutions ministering to young people and discipling them through camps.

After nearly ten years of dedicated service as District Youth Leader, he recently assumed office as the Presiding Elder of PIWC Tema.

Inspired by his favourite scripture, Romans 8:28, Nana is committed to helping young people grow in their love for God and build brighter, purpose-filled futures.

He is married to Adomaa Sakyi Baffoe, and they are blessed with three children: Obrempon, Ewurabena, and Nana Ama.

He has over ten years of experience in banking and financial services and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). He holds a BSc in Mathematics and an MBA, and is an Economist-in-Training — a background that helps him communicate biblical truth with practical wisdom.

An Elder of The Church of Pentecost, he serves as Assistant National Coordinator for Ministry to Teens and National Organizer of the Pentecost Banking and Finance Workers Guild, and is currently District Youth Leader of PIWC Tema. He has served as a District Youth Executive Member at PIWC Takoradi and PIWC Tema, Area Youth Financial Secretary (Takoradi Area) and Area Youth Secretary (Kasoa Area).

He served as District Evangelism Leader for six consecutive years — three at PIWC Tema and three at PIWC West Hills — and for three years as a Marriage School Facilitator at PIWC West Hills, preparing intending couples for biblical marriage. For more than a decade he has ministered at youth camps, leadership conferences, secondary schools and tertiary institutions, helping young people cultivate intimacy with God and become transformational leaders in their generation.

He is married to Juliana, and together they are blessed with three children: Asher, Zoe and Allen.

With over a decade of clinical experience, he has held various leadership and specialist roles, including Chief Resident in Urology at Korle Bu. His surgical training spans general surgery, trauma and orthopaedics, paediatric surgery, plastic surgery, neurosurgery and advanced urological care. He is particularly passionate about endourology, uro-oncology and prostate brachytherapy.

An Elder of The Church of Pentecost, he worships with PIWC Atomic, where he is District Youth Leader and a member of the Marriage (Family Life Enrichment) Committee. He previously served as PENSA Korle Bu Prayer Secretary and President, as PENSA Alumni Coordinator, and as Presiding Elder of Keta English Assembly. He is married with two daughters.

An accomplished academic, he is a Senior Fellow at The Africa Academy for Counter-Fraud and Anti-Corruption Studies and lectures at Ashesi University, the University of Professional Studies and the Ghana National Banking College. He holds an Executive MBA from KNUST and a bachelor's degree from the University of Ghana, alongside international certifications as a Certified Fraud Examiner, Professional Certified Investigator and Certified Financial Crime Specialist.

He presides over the Anti-Fraud and Forensics Investigators Forum at the Ghana Association of Banks and is a sought-after voice on emotional intelligence, crime management, ethics, leadership and corporate security. Beyond the titles, Ransford is a devoted husband, a father, and a mentor to many young people. As Youth Ministry Leader at PIWC Dansoman, he is passionate about using his knowledge, integrity and mentorship to empower the next generation of changemakers.

Passionate about ministry, youth development and discipleship, he has been actively involved in church leadership since 2009 and currently serves as Secretary of the Evangelism Ministry at PIWC Dansoman. He has served in various leadership roles within The Church of Pentecost — Youth, Prayer, Protocol, IT and Bible Study — and has been involved in projects including Peer Counselling and Project Purity.

He is married to Mrs. Theodora Odoom, and they are blessed with children.
